Way too close to houses. One hole you have to cut over a house to reach the green in 2. Poor layout fairways so STEEPLY sloped from left to right that the golf carts can roll over. Postage stamp greens. The best part about playing golf here was an invite to leave and go to a party on Oroville Lake. Play was so slow that my clubs started to grow moss.
